Key elements of The Six Boxes® Approach include plain language and simple graphics, features designed to facilitate communication about performance and how to improve it. We believe very strongly, after having spent almost 30 years successfully completing "projects" for clients in a broad range of industries and applications, that the intelligence of a community of practice can be far greater than anything that we as individuals -- no matter how experienced or educated -- can bring to the table.
In the re-launch of our web site and product offerings that are now in development, we plan to include a range of tools and media for communication and sharing of ideas, experiences, case examples, and so on. We envision levels of community and experience, from basic interest to certified Coaches and Six Boxes Champions, that will enable people around the world who share this simple language and set of concepts to learn from one another and participate in creative development using Six Boxes "performance thinking."
We anticipate that the value of this community of practice will grow as membership grows, and as the collective experience of learning and sharing expands. It will ultimately be of greater value to participants than the specific programs, coaching, and products that we offer. Those programs will be prerequisites and enablers of full participation, but it will be the new ideas and combinations of ideas that spring from collective discussion that will push the leading edge.
